User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your content for any purpose.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or conditions, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deep Doodle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes to Terms and App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website or within the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
